Setting up of SUN DIRECT DISH and STB for MEASAT 3

Up lately I was not able watch most of the channels via the sun direct because sun had shifted from INSAT4B to Measat3 satillite, what made them to shift is not our concern, but what they will do to address our problem is of our concern.
So far, the situation is not good, The technicians are not ready to do the dish and STB alignment for the new Measat 3, and Sun direct, it seams do little to address this problem,
So As I was looking for a solution, searching through net found some helpfull information regarding SUN DIRECT adjustment, those people had infact achieved succes in doing the dish and STB adjustment on thier own.
So I tried exactly on thier advice and I did able to come out succesfully, Now I could able to watch all the channels from new sattellite, and I dont need the support of SUN DIRECT technicians any more. and no need to depend on their useless call center./customer care anymore.
